Is your Dryer not performing like it used too? There is good reason to have your dryer vent cleaned yearly.

1. Your dryer will perform better.
2. Clothes will dry faster.
3. Since clothes dry faster less energy will be used which will save you money.

Removing Finger Nail Polish From Your Carpet

You are getting ready for your hot date with your husband and while you are making your toes pretty you spill the finger nail polish all over your carpet. What do you do? Well here is a tip that really works, I use it all the time in my clients home for removing finger nail polish from their carpet.

A few things you will need.
1. Go to your cleaning cabinet and get some Windex.
2. Get a clean white rag or towel.
3. A wet dry vac if you have one.
4. Some kind of carpet cleaner or a some water with a little dish soap in it (about a teapsoon in hot water).
First do a little test in a inconspicuous area on your carpet to check for color fastness. So if your carpet looks the same after you spray a little windex on and you do not see any transfer onto your white rag you can proceed.
Doing the Cleaning.
1. Spray a liberal amount of windex onto the problem spot and let it dwell a couple of minutes.
2. Take your towel and try blotting it up ( you should see the color of the fingernail polish start to transfer to you towel) and keep doing this until the stain is gone. You might need to do this a few times.
3. If you own a wet dry/vac or a little carpet cleaning machine do the following. Spray the area with your carpet cleaner or your mixture of water and dish soap and use your towel to work it around then rinse with some water and extract with your wet/dry vac getting the area as dry as possible.
Hopefully this helps you.

If your looking for a local company to clean your carpets please check us out at www.carpetcleaningjeffersoncountymo.com or feel free to call us at 314-608-5055. We steam clean carpets and clean Air Ducts in Jefferson and St.Louis County.

If you have problems with cats or dogs leaving little presents on the carpet and you can't find the spots we can help with our black light that will show the urine spots. Then we are able to deep clean those areas with a water claw and rinse al the way down to the pad and then use a cleaning prodcut with an enzymes to kill the odor. Check out the video on how the water claw works at http://www.waterclaw.com/videos.html and choose the spot lifter video.

Here is another client review.

I have both cats and dogs so there's lots of hair and lots of dirt. Ed always makes my carpets look so much better after he's cleaned them

Carpet Cleaning Jefferson County MO by Mr Ed 314-608-5055

If your not sure who to call in Jefferson County MO or St Louis county for carpet cleaning please check us out at http://www.carpetcleaningjeffersoncountymo.com/ I designed the site my self and I'm still making changes. Remember I'm a Professional Carpet Cleaner not a web designer but it has been fun putting it together.

Here is a tip for getting fingernail polish out of carpet.

Non-Acetone Nail Polish Remover Method

[1] 1 Dip a white cloth in clear, fragrance free, non-acetone nail polish remover.

2 Test to ensure it doesn't bleach your carpet by blotting a small amount on a less visible portion of your carpet. If your carpet color transfers to the cloth or the carpet is changed by the cleaner - immediately stop.

3 Blot the white cloth on the stained area. Blot carefully. Don't rub it. Keep going till the stain is gone. Be patient as it may take longer than you think. Windex Method

[2] 1 Test your carpet gingerly before proceeding.

2 Apply windex. Let it soak for a minute.

3 Wipe the windex away with a white washcloth in cold water. Hairspray Method

[3] 1 Test your carpet gingerly before proceeding.

2 Spray the stained area with hairspray.

3 Dab with a paper towel or wash cloth.

Goo-Be-Gone Method

1 Get some Goo-Be-Gone or Greased Lighting. (It's a cleaner that removes any stain.)

2 Pour the Goo-Be-Gone or Greased Lighting on the stain.

3 Use a rag to scrub the stain. Repeat steps 2-3 times until stain is gone. Warnings Test any of the above solutions for color fastness on your carpet before proceeding. Test in a hidden area of the carpet such as in a closet or under a couch. Recognize that a stain removal trick that works at first still might cause lasting damage to your carpet. For example, Simple Green has been reported to clean carpet stains initially, but then dye the carpet at a later date when the carpets are steam cleaned. Be cautious.

[4] If you have pets, keep them away from the stained area for about an hour. It is toxic if the pet licks the stained area. Test the colorfastness of the carpet before applying the goo-be-gone.
The color on some carpets may be more sensitive to any given solvent.

Carpet Cleaning Jefferson County MO and Air Duct Cleaning

Just listen to what another of our clients have to say
“Mr Ed cleans our carpet as if they were his own. The carpets are always like new when he is finished. Our carpet is actually 16 years old. Many years ago our dog had surgery, he had a reaction to the medicine making him very sick and have diarrhea. Mr Ed was able to remove all of the stains except one which is in an area that is not noticeable. We were sure we’d have to replace the carpet. Excellent service, calls are returned promptly.
Carpets are professionally cleaned and they stay clean longer.”
